Greta friendly and super clean rooms! Enjoyed our stay and the garden!

Inside, the location is a little gem. Very green with a great pool. 10 minutes walking distance to the beach. The breakfast is very good. The staff is very friendly. The bed is big and comfortable, and the outside shower is absolutely amazing.

I was annoyed to ask for hand towels every other day. It is a mandatory requirement for the price charged. The bathroom sink is filthy, and the smell that wafts through is awful. The neighbourhood is dirty, and lots of dogs in the area. Not very welcoming, especially in the evening.

Absolut empfehlenswert! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ traumhafte Unterkunft. Sauberkeit, Frühstück und Auswahl des Frühstücks, Lage, Personal super freundlich... Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Gerne wieder!

The property was a beautiful garden oasis.

The neighbouring dogs barking in the middle of the night would often wake us.

The quietness and the lovely garden. It was like staying at someone’s home. The room was very nice and clean although a bit dated, but that didn’t worry me.

Nothing much except it was too far to walk to the main shopping street and beach, but this was solved by getting a local taxi.

Beautiful property in a nice, quiet part of Denpasar. The staff was lovely and the food was great.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Die Anlage ist eher klein aber in Sanur unternimmt man eher etwas als dass man sich nur auf der Anlage aufhält. Ich bin hier angekommen und hatte eine Lebensmittelvergiftung (nicht von diesem Hotel ich hatte Sie bereits). Daher konnte ich hier nicht viel machen aber ich möchte erwähnen, dass sich das Personal super um mich und meine Familie gekümmert hat. Sie haben uns extra mehr Wasser besorgt, Medikamente geholt und spezielles Essen zubereitet und aufs Zimmer gebracht. Ebenfalls konnten wir problemlos unser Gepäck hier deponieren für unseren fünf Tage Aufenthalt in Nusa Lembongan.

Etwas schade war, dass wir aufgrund meiner Krankheit etwas aus dem Häuschen waren und uns im Datum geirrt haben. Wir haben einen Tag zu früh zusammengepackt und sind zum checkout. Leider hat das Personal keine Bemerkunf gemacht oder gefragt weshalb wir bereits gehen wollen. Erst als wir auf der Nachbarinsel Nusa Lembongan einchecken wollten, meinten die, dass wir einen Tag zu früh sind. So haben wir leider eine Nacht in Sanur zu viel bezahlt und mussten eine zusätzliche Nacht in Nusa Lembongan buchen.

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel. La chambre était très grande, parfaitement entretenue, avec énormément de charme et de caractère. Le cadre est absolument magnifique, entouré d’une végétation luxuriante qui donne une véritable impression de calme et de sérénité. La piscine est superbe, très agréable pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Le personnel mérite également une mention spéciale : le service était irréprochable, toujours souriant, attentionné et professionnel. L’emplacement est idéal, permettant de profiter facilement des environs tout en restant dans un endroit paisible. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et délicieux. Un véritable petit paradis que nous recommandons sans hésiter et où nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir !
