Midenza Seaside & Nature Retreat

Extremely bad service, rude people. Nobody speaks English. You can’t get basic tings sorted. The AC in the room was not working. You could heat everything from the next room. We couldn’t sleep at all!! The bathroom was flooded.. And the place has nothing to do with retreat, nosy neighborhood with loud music in the night.

Midenza is a wonderful place where there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Both the staff and the owners are wonderful and very attentive people. The cleaning staff are friendly and courteous. They always discreetly ensure that you as a guest feel at home. From check-in to departure there was absolutely nothing to complain about.

Lovely, comfortable new room, the pool and grounds are immaculate. Staff are friendly and provide excellent service. They very kindly organised champagne for our room for our honeymoon. The setting is fantastic, very relaxing. We’ll return.

Could’ve been more service around the pool and more cooked options at breakfast.

Felt overall the property was geared up to German guests and being English - although we attempt Italian, we were made to feel a little difficult. Our check- in was limited. I witnessed the following day other guests being given full information - fully shown facilities etc… 30 mins at reception and full tour. Errr we I think had 5 minutes… That said… love it… apart from that… excellent 10/10… although the beach bar service could have been more accommodating/ pleasant!
