"certainly not up to standards for a high star resort. A lot of road noise, very old hard beds that creak when you move"

Breakfast was supreme. Fresh daily. Specialty foods. Not processed Staff were SO KinD. THEY MADE A PERFECT STAY EVEN BETTER Location is excellent. It’s the only place I would stay in BALI

Great location for shopping. Great restaurants in and around the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The only problem I had was the toilet backing up

Breakfast was nice and pool. Staff were friendly

Location too busy , rooms not up to expectations for 4.5 star hotel. Old rooms and bathrooms were not very clean and cracking tiles and walls.
