Jepara Garden Resort

Quite a different ambience and unexpected at Jepara. The staff were extremely courteous and the food was good

1. They charge additional charges on credit cards and these are not mentioned in the booking policies of the property. 2. When asked why they charge this 2% additional, Mr Nicholas lied that banks have asked them to charge which was so dumb of an answer and wish he spoke the truth that it was the policy of the property. That disappointed!

Everything! The garden is absolutely gorgeous. The furniture and the accommodation is beautiful and well built with every details. The staff is super friendly and so helpful. Everything is just 10 out of 10

Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing and staff are wonderful. One of the best places we have ever stayed

You must choose premium rooms. Little economic difference, but huge difference in room (wc for ex). My children were in a regular room and airconditioning was leaking and wc was too simple.

The location may not work for everyone but was super convenient for me. Staff are sweet but don’t speak English. New and clean

Wifi password changes every day and you have to go back to lobby each day to get the new password. It’s kind of annoying when you want to order food but realize you can’t because the wifi doesn’t work anymore. Pool is tiny in pool « villa ». No other pools available.

Possibly the most attractive choice for a stay in Jepara. Very beautiful gardens. We had a villa with a private pool, which was small but so refreshing. We would happily have stayed more than one night.

Nothing. There was a long religious celebration nearby in the evening, with a lot of singing. But it was a special occasion and we got used to it.

Location was great for me but maybe not that central. Felt safe with lots of space. People were kind.

Definitely not much English spoken here.
