Everything My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, especially considering it is located in one of Jordan’s most beautiful natural and historical areas. A place like this should reflect the beauty and value of the location through exceptional cleanliness, modern facilities, and high-quality service — but unfortunately, the reality was the complete opposite. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, the furniture is outdated and poorly maintained, and the rooms clearly need major renovation and proper attention. The facilities feel neglected, and the overall atmosphere gives the impression that there has been no real development or investment for years. On top of that, the service does not justify the high prices at all, and some staff members lacked professionalism and hospitality. What is even more shocking is: where is the supervision? Where is the role of the Ministry of Tourism? How can such an important tourist destination be left in this condition without a serious tourism development plan? Tourism is one of the biggest sources of income for any country, and locations like this have the potential to become world-class attractions if they are managed properly. Instead, visitors leave with a negative impression because of poor maintenance, weak services, and lack of development. The natural beauty of the area is truly stunning, but sadly the hotel management and overall standards completely fail to match the value of the location. I would not repeat this experience, and I honestly cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, or quality service.

❌ Horrible Experience – Dirty, Overpriced, and Disappointing! Do not waste your money here! We booked a suite, expecting a luxury experience, but it was a total disaster. We stayed for only one hour before we had to pack our bags and leave. Here is what happened: Terrible Cleanliness: The room was incredibly dirty. The floors were filthy, and the balcony sofas were covered in dust and dirt. Disgusting Bathroom: The shower was full of dust and hair from the previous guests. It was so disgusting that we couldn't even use it. There was no bidet (shattaf) or any basic hotel amenities. Awful Service: Because the floor was so dirty, we called the reception twice asking for slippers just so we could walk around. They took more than 30 minutes and still never brought them. Overpriced Birthday Setup: We requested a special birthday arrangement. It looked incredibly cheap and unprofessional. They charged us 70 JOD for something that is not even worth 2 JOD! To make it worse, they forgot the birthday cake we explicitly asked for. Zero Customer Service: When we decided to check out after just one hour because we felt so uncomfortable, we told the reception the reasons. They didn't even care! No one tried to fix the issue, offer a room change, or apologize. They just took our money and let us go. This place is a total rip-off and lacks the most basic standards of hygiene and hospitality. Highly NOT recommended!
