Great service by the hotel. Helped us get a tour around Ubud area and even tickets to Nusa Penida, although at a little overpriced rates. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. The room with the private villa was amazing and the whole resort had a calming vibe to it.

The room wasn’t clean when we checked in, the reception responded swiftly and had it taken care of
