If you want the review to be firm, factual, and credible, focus on the maintenance issue and its consequences rather than anger. My stay at the resort took a very unfortunate turn due to what I believe was poor maintenance of the property. While exiting the swimming pool, a railing suddenly broke, causing a sharp metal edge to severely cut my foot. The injury resulted in heavy bleeding and required immediate medical attention, including multiple staples to close the wound. I am now facing several weeks of restricted mobility and recovery. What is most disappointing is that this accident appears to have been entirely preventable. Safety-related infrastructure such as pool railings should be regularly inspected and maintained, especially in areas used frequently by guests. A failure of this nature poses a serious risk to anyone using the facility. While the staff assisted after the incident, the fact remains that a guest suffered a significant injury due to a maintenance issue on the property. I hope the management takes this matter seriously, investigates the cause, and ensures that proper safety checks are conducted so that no other guest has to go through a similar experience. I cannot recommend the property from a safety standpoint until these issues are addressed.If the resort management has been unhelpful or refused responsibility afterward, I can help you write a stronger review that reflects that as well.

Nothing much. The pool was ok. Proximity to road is only thing good, which is not what we were looking for. An interior located property with better facilities would have made better sense.

Staff not co-operative. Very very small rooms deceiving from the photos. Expensive food to the location and property amenities. No ala carte orders even if you ask it for kids. You will hear a clear denial. Not in chilled water given despite multiple requests.

The property is good. Food is lil costly but yes tastes delisciusss. I feel they can upgrade and make it awsum. I feel they should come up with more activites and thepool is for kids in pictures it feels like you have a pool but its a kids pool. And i think atleast in summer you should offer a welcome drink to quench the thrust. No activites as such normal carrom nd oll nd for cricket also they chrge
