Hellassa ei toiminut kaikki levyt, valot ja liesituuletin. Hella oli myös huonosti pyyhitty. Kahvinkeitin oli myös likainen. Petivaatteet olivat nuhjuiset. Ulkoterassin lattialla oli roskaa ympäröivästä luonnosta: oksaa, havunneulasia yms..oliko siivottu koko kesänä?
