Nature Resort Villas - Villas with a View

Great location, in amongst the ramada resort. We booked 2 nights.

Bed was to soft and lumpy, ordering from Ramada restaurant to dine in your room was quite the hassle. We ended up only staying the one night and messaged them through booking.com that we would be checking out early with no reply, only an automated system so good luck if you have a problem.

The facilities were incredible with access to a restaurant, the resort pools and the animals held by the resort. it was also close to all of the local tourist spots, less then a 30 minute drive to all locations. The host was also incredibly easy to each and helpful

There is genuinely nothing I found to be displeasing.

Being so close to the Phillip Island Wildlife Park and the feeling of nature right out the doorstep.

Accidentally going in to reception and getting pressured by sales personnel (from the resort) to listen to a 90 minute sales pitch.

Nice surroundings, quiet and peaceful. Amenities in the studio was good, the spa provided works well.

Backyard was good for kids and the view of the cows in the paddock was a bonus.

The floors were quite dirty and needed to be vacuumed. The portacot mattress had dirt and leaves on it.

Everything! Our stay was perfect. Toni was amazing, she had our Villa freshly cleaned ready to go. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay and made sure to leave her number if we needed anything. Resort Facilities were a banger! Woodfire Pizza, Restaurant both offering Click Collect, awesome games room and best one weve come across by far. The outdoor heated spa pool was amazing early afternoon while the sun was out. Plenty pool options whether it be indoor or outdoor. The walk around the Resort in the morning while drinking our coffee from the cafe was great. Alot of wildlife out & about. We will be back.
