Le lieu, la beauté du lieu. Très propre et confortable

Assez difficile de communiquer facilement en anglais avec le personnel même s'ils étaient tous très gentils. Il y avait apparemment un manque de nourriture. Les menus et leurs prix nous ont été imposés (4 choix possibles sur une quarantaine) + des taxes imprévues ce qui a fait grimper le coûts . Compliqué d'avoir du café, pas de jus de fruits au petit déjeuner. Dommage pour ça

Staffs are excellent. Everyone is very kind and accommodating. The space is very private and privacy is not an issue. The view and the weather is excellent. Food is topnotch, massage service is also excellent. Just take note that the place has a lot of trees and plants so insects and other creatures are inevitable.

The water pressure on our dome could be improved since we experienced very low water pressure on the sink. I suggest an additional pans or pots on the kitchen since we only had one big steel wok to use.

The ambiance and the setting. Sooo nature🥰🥰🩷🩵💚💜

1.The road doing there is not that convenient esp for low clearance vehicles. Guests shld be forewarned , i guess, to be ready.. 2. Lots of mosquitoes at night so we didnt stay out to enjoy the pool and/or bond with the family over dinner, . but of course , the setting is in the forrest so its expected i guess
