Accommodating Staff

Staff did everything to make the stay a pleasant one. Food is good, coffee is excellent.

Stone beach is not really my wish but seawater and water quality was outstanding.

Staff were amazing. The food from the restaurant were all delicious! AC worked well. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Great location. Decent for the price.

Towels were old (faded, visible signs of heavy use). Nonstop barking of dogs at night. The resort is accessible to the public (beach is public) so you can't just leave your stuff while going for a swim.

We've been going here for years, however it seems they had a change with management. Everytime we went here is friday and they are often fully booked. Last time we booked with them was 2023 and just went this 2025 for quick family getaway. We recommended the place due to alot of good exp but just this march when we got there.. it seems lesser guest, and i mean less.. i guess there are only 4 rooms booked (incl us, we got 2 rooms). Menu was updated and now a bit smaller portion. The place was a little less happy compared before. The room was not completely clean, we feel sands at the floor. The staffs are nice and the lady who gave me extra towel. Just an advise, since we stayed at the party room.. I have several seniors with me and 1 almost tripped since the floor has this 1 step which caused my dad to fell to the floor. The higher step has the same color as thr floor.. For elders they would not notice this. Maybe a line or place something at the floor to avoid. Before they usually have unli coffee, yes i know lesser guest but this is what the guest love. But after we had our breakfast they took the coffee disperser inside the kitchen. It seems they are telling us to leave. The food, ambiance and everything changed. They usually have alot of guest even on weekday since they have open waters compe but it seems even when we left they say they are fully booked but there's non we are coming to check in. We usually come here like 2-4x a year so i can tell it really changed a lot and i mean A LOT.
