Sayeban Hotel

Location is good. Personnel was nice. There was very helpful local guide around. We enjoyed our stay even though there was issues in the place.

Place is very dirty. There is no warm water in the shower which is unforgivable for this price range. Pool was not working when arrived and needed to pay extra for swimming. Water is quite cold. AC had some issues. Breakfast was very simple: only bread and egg. You can't pay with card even though booking.com takes secure payment from your card and you get the feeling that card is accepted in the hotel. Even though the guide service was nice be aware how and what you are committing. For the close viewpoints you don't normally need guides. Description of the hotel is not up to date.

Its as a hotel should be. Nothing extraordinary.

They charge extra money than shown on booking.com Actually they ask for extra charges which booking.com charges as commission from them to the customers. Booking.com must either allow only payment through their or delist such hotels.
