Apart from the cosy cottages, the amazing hospitality of the staff blew me away.

Room size is excellent and the service is also great! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Overall cleanliness is an issue. Basic linen and towels which are meant to be sparkling white were all light brown. The room we were given did not have a wardrobe, instead there was a small steel cupboard as a make shift arrangement. The refrigerator in the room was not working for the first 2 days. The place needs serious maintenance. The approach road to the property is horrible and can cause serious damage if you have a small car.

Rooms were very dirty. Not well maintained. Not worth at all for the price we paid. Bedsheets were stained and old. Towels which were given were also stained.

Beds are big and garden/pool are well maintained. location is good, near morjim beach

Toilets are disgusting. Not maintained properly and with lack of proper warm water. Food from the restaurant should be completely avoided.

Location was good.The cottage was clean and comfortable just big enough for 2 people.

Breakfast and the lack of staff who cared and understood the customers requirements and basic needs.
