The place is amazing, the staff are very helpful and will do anything to make your stay exceptional. Beautiful views from the room, outdoor bath is cool. We would like to go back again.

Location. Quality of rooms. Service. Spa facilities. Great breakfast.

Nothing to dislike. Butler service great idea. A bit hit and miss in delivery but very minor issue, but stops me giving 10.

After a very stressful few months this was the most perfect hotel to come to and relax. Wonderful location, beautiful pool, excellent but discreet service and fantastic food. Our wonderful butler, Prabhath, took care of our every need and truly enhanced the holiday. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The personalised attention and service levels at the Hotel were fantastic. Everyone on the staff worked towards ensuring a delightful experience. I would especially like to express my appreciation to Mr Chanuka and Mr Jawadhana (our butler) for our wonderful experience during our short stay at Saman Villas.

Good view Good service

No privacy.. pictures are misleading. In reality the rooms and over the suites! And the neighbors can see you easily when you are at the pool you. First day the A/C didn’t work well and mosquitos pite us every were .. they changed our suite and everything were fine. Food is below average Value for money? It doesn’t worth more than 300 dollars per day for a suite with a private pool

The location is stunning, staff exceptionally attentive and eager to assist in every way. Our bulter Dinesh was outstanding. We were 1/2 board and the evening meal selection and variety was superb. A 4+ course meal each evening of small but really tasty portions. The views along both sides of Bentota beach are so beautiful, I could daydream there all day!!

Very little. I’d say some areas needed upgrading eg the tiling in the pool but this is minimal. All bathrooms are partially open to the sky which is appealing but doesn’t keep the mozzies out!

Location, stuff, food.

The service was great, friendly and caring. Our butler Dilhara was outstanding. We loved the wonderful view from the hotel and the fantastic beach, which was clean and guarded.
