"Super friendly and authentic, we loved it!"

On our trip this was the most friendly stay we have been. The family is super friendly and take good care of all. The baby rabbits that they take care off show how lovely they are. We went back the last day to say hi. We like this 10 times better than the massive luxury hotels because this is authentic!

Parfait pour terminer un voyage sri lankais. Piscine agréable et appartement immense avec 2 chambres séparée et cuisine. La région de Negombo mérite certainement que l'on s'y attarde plus qu'une nuit.

Peut être un peu loin du centre , mais vous avez la gare à 1km qui vous amène à negombo pour 20 roupies...

Very nice, friendly and smiling staff. Very good service and customer care first of all. Nice breakfast and our kids loved the rabbits jumping in their garden. Very clean and rooms with great space.

Nothing important to be mentioned. Maybe the curtains that let the light through.. just to write something to be improved.

Beautiful location, little oasis, very green. Pool area was really clean and relaxing. Breakfast was plentifful. Walk to the town was about 10 minutes. Room was veey spacious and had everything we needed. Woild definately recommend.

"Lovely family hotel"

A lovely family run hotel. Very peaceful and quiet but just a short walk (10 mins) to the main beach road. Room was spacious and very clean, with excellent air con.
