MIRISSA Reef Serenity

The property is located in beach shore . The constant waves nuzzling in ears gives a sense of peace. The rooms were well lit and maintained clean. The breakfast was limited but tasted good. No buffet was provided however

I had an amazing trip in Sri Lanka, loved Mirissa and especially my stay at Mirissa Reef Serenity, it’s a very well maintained property and also they have got an amazing lot of staffs at the hotel, I would specifically like to highlight Madushan Madhawa Ratnayake who provided an above and beyond like service from the time we have landed till our departure. Madushan is always in great spirits, super polite and very sweet, he is effortlessly following up on our requirements when we are at the property and checking on us whenever we are outside until we are back at the hotel safely (that is going an extra mile to make the guests feel safe) I would say it’s an excellent skill for anyone who is in the hospitality industry which is why it really stood out for me. Safety is top priority for any travellers and especially for women so when the staff pay extra detailed attention to their guests safety and ensured all expectations are met was truly commendable. Extremely impressed…..!!!! Would definitely visit again and I hope the place flourishes to its zenith and I wish Madushan all the very best for everything that is ahead of him. I would also like to highlight Anu who had been very helpful as well, very sincere and reliable with regards to briefings, detail sharing and others. Again, very polite and adequately jovial. Totally loved the stay, meeting these people was so worth it and the view is TOP NOTCH! Thank you 🤍

just little bit far from the main mirissa city also no cap service work there

We had an amazing two days there and truly enjoyed our stay. The view was absolutely beautiful, and the beach was just a few steps away and stunning. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. It was also wonderful to relax and chill in the garden area. The location was easy to reach and very convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend it!

Comfortable clean room, friendly staff.

Unfortunately breakfast was not good. Prices for laundry are way higher than anywhere else before.
