Tamarind Tree Garden Resort - Katunayake

Good location for airport. Great breakfast selection and friendly staff. The grounds were well cared for and liked the added touch of plants being labelled with their names.

Curtains not hung properly, water pressure very weak in the morning, no AC in the living room!

The food was great! great chefs and they made the best with what they're working with. The pool is also nice

Many items in the room didn't function well: taps, shower etc. The linens were not clean, the shower had hair in it. The towels were stained. This resort presents itself as a premium property, but many of the other places we stayed during our family back packing trip were much nice and costed much less

It used to be a great hotel, so it has large territory, reception and overall good feel to it. We booked one transition stay upon arrival, as hotel close to airport, so it fit our requirements, but I would not like to stay there longer.

Rooms are too old and craving for renovation. Noisy A/C. Not comfortable bed. Basic breakfast.

Good location close to the airport. The pool is good.

This place has seen it glory days past Long time ago. The hotel area is nice but the rooms are worn out. But if your looking for one night close to the airport its ok.
