The Kandy Samadhicentre

Location surreale sembrava essere in un film di Indiana Jones, in mezzo alla natura e circondate da scimmie simpatiche. La stanza che ci hanno riservato era grandissima con un patio sulla foresta e mobili da antiquariato.

L’acqua della doccia è sempre fredda. Si sconsiglia di fare il massaggio la sera, seppur bellissimo, perché le aree del trattamento non sono chiuse e fa freddo. Il medico adyurvetico sentito solo per telefono, non ci ha consigliato nessuna terapia ma solo lo stesso identico massaggio a 3 persone differenti con problemi differenti.

Les repas et petit déjeuner Sri Lankais sont très bons. Le personnel est adorable et à l’écoute. Très bons massages également. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Le cadre au milieu de la jungle est magique mais malheureusement pour en profiter il faut avoir une bonne météo. Pour nous c’était très pluvieux, les Sangsues étaient donc bien présentes et la pluie faisait beaucoup de bruit pour la chambre sous le toit en tôle.

Oh my gosh! It was so beautiful! Set in the forest, creeks all around The room was amazing and just made me feel at home. The staff were so kind and helpful and the Aurveydic treatments? So good Oh and the food?? The best I have eaten in forever - it’s all aurveydic - the flavours and spices, sooo amazing This place made me feel calm and relaxed - if I’d have known I would have booked longer

Everything was natural, ecological, biological. A lot of antique. The environment was jungle, jungle sounds. Só amazing. The river was was running under our house. The staff was amazingly caring. A very special place. Oh yes and we got an Ayurvedic massage, which was also great.

The property was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable for my first time at a retreat centre of this kind. The river and the jungle surrounding the property were both very soothing. The room’s decoration was also very special and unique.

The food was delicious, but it was a bit pricey. It was traditional Sri Lankan food, which is great.

It's a jungle paradise and by far the most special place I have visited in Sri Lanka. I enjoyed wonderful yoga classes and very delicious meals. It's perfect for everyone who wants to escape from stress and busy days for a while 😊
