"Great choice if you are budget traveler especially families and if you are tolerant with cockroaches"

This is our honest review. Location wise its perfect near to almost every attraction in Cenang Beach. Very near to eateries, famous duty free shopping, mall, pharmacy, langkawi's sales package agencies. The downside are the property is poorly maintained, swimming pool dirty and Greenwich and dusty. We have read about cockroaches issue before coming here, so we already stand by with Rapid killer fogging. After checking in, we forgged our room and went out to get dinner. When We came back, tadaaa. A lot of cockroaches (dead of course) in our room and bathroom. The room also has lizard's 💩 and the floor is dusty and Sandy. But not all are bad. Parking for driving guest is free and plenty. You can even Park in front of your room.

So to Summarize my stay here : Good 1. Property location is very strategic. Very near to all Cenang attractions. 2. Parking is free for driving guest and can even Park in front of room. Cons 1. Poorly maintained facilities like swimming pool is dirty, dusty and Greenwich 2. Room is dirty, dusty and Sandy. Lots of cockroaches.
