Nothing that I like

I am very dissappointed with the unit not as what I had expected. The moment I arrived at the unit immediately I cancelled the booking by contacting Booking .com but no reply from them. This place should not be in the Booking.com listing of lodging for all client. Booking.com should check whoever wants to promote their unit in Booking .com and not just simply accept the unit. I want to complaint for this poor management and demand a refund.
