We appreciated that we were able to change with out any fuss from the apartment to a house albeit at an additional cost. The house was reasonably comfortable and had a pleasant view of the sea and sunrise.

The apartment that I booked was just not up to standard so I changed to a house for an additional 2000 Meticals for the night. The house was comfortable but the finish was old and in need of maintenance (it was still a lot better than the apartment). Non of the external door keys worked and they also could not lock even from the inside.

The view and quietness.

Everything was sticky and full of dust, The bathroom sink taps had no water. When we arrived at reception they did not have our booking and suddenly my card was invalid but I have paid for 3 other accommodations with same payment method.

The geyser was starting to leak and when I reported it the reception staff said they had sorted it. This was on the first night of my stay. On the 4th morning the geyser had completely burst at 6am and upon looking for help nonone could be found until 6.30 and even then, the help just watched us taking out our things from flooded floors without helping until I insisted to get us a another room which was only available 15 minutes later.

Accommodation was superb! Me and my family really enjoyed our time there.

The restaurant could expand on their menu a little bit.
