Veraneante Resort

The resort was clean and staff are accommodating.

Interner connection is poor and slow.

Very Disappointed – Poor Service and No Resolution I booked 5 nights at Veraneante Resort but due to insufficient logistics, the hotel owner themselves suggested I only stay for 2 nights and find another place. I agreed, expecting a fair partial refund for the unused 3 nights. Unfortunately, despite sending more than half a dozen messages to Booking.com since the day I checked in, my case has not been resolved. I even called Booking.com headquarters on July 29 and was told it would be fixed within 5 days. It is now weeks later, and nothing has been done. I called again, but after 15 minutes on hold, my phone credit ran out. This lack of response from both the hotel and Booking.com is unacceptable. Travelers should know that if something goes wrong with their booking, they may be left without support or refund. I am very disappointed and will never book here again.

The room, pool, dining area, over all it is relaxing and silent place and good breakfast.

A bit far from the beach.

Отличный отель, концепция очень интересная, немного деревенской атмосферы. Очень уютно, персонал замечательный, приятные люди и замечательные работники. Есть большой бассейн, его чистили почти каждый день, хотя возможно и каждый, часто проводили время на пляже. Есть рядом Момо пляж, в 15 минутах ходьбы, но дорога не из самых приятных, а также ездили на другие пляже на острове. Рядом нет магазинов и вообще толком туристической жизни, это прекрасная возможность посмотреть, как живут местные, взглянуть на их быт невзначай. Отличные завтраки, очень сытные и разнообразные.

Единственный минус - невысокая температура горячей воды, она как бы теплая, но никак не горячая, в остальном минусов нет!

La cabaña frente la piscina y el desayuno estuvo bastante bien le sugerí algún cambio y no me pusieron problema. El personal agradable y el servicio correcto.

El cuarto de baño es pequeño , cuando te duchas se moja todo. El aire acondicionado es un poco ruidoso para dormir. Faltaría un ventilador de techo si no quieres aire acondicionado para dormir.

The staff is always on the phone playing ML, even when we were trying to communicate with him.

The staff was really accommodating and granted every request we had! It was like staying with your family! The food was amazing! The pool is always warm so you can swim even during the evening.

The water in the shower is salty.

The place is private and quiet. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Just the quality of the water but I know it's not their fault.
