Staff were very friendly and helpful. Arranged for us to have early breakfast the morning we checked out. Swimming pool was great for the kids and adults. Cheap motorcycle rental from reception was instant.

The WiFi is not very strong and phone coverage was an issue in areas.

I like the attitude of the lady at the front desk Fatima dela Cruz, very accommodating.

Food and service

I liked everything about the stay, 2 rooms of 4 had air-conditioned problems but it was still good

I liked how friendly and helpfull the staff was. The pool and room are clean. They also serve delicious breakfast.

The location is a bit far from alona beach. We had to take tuktuk/tricycle to go back and forth, which cost Php.300 each time. Quite expensive for a 10-15 minutes drive.

Old rooms need painting Old towels

Staff were very accommodating. Hotel a bit far from everything but they can book a ride/tuktuk for you.

Wi-fib was very slow. I think they should upgrade their routers. Facilities were a bit outdated already. Management can look on upgrading their facilities. Faucet in the sink was not working.

It’s very pretty set in lovely Gardens. The pool is big as well. The staff lovely and friendly

The property could do with an update. Especially the pool furniture, which was tatty. New umbrella and sun beds with cushions. We found it peaceful as away from the very busy Alona Beach area.
