Everything.Quiet, clean, comfortable beds, good AC, hot water, even clothes rack or line to dry wet clothes. Most helpful and friendly staff. good location on quiet end of Alona beach 3 mins walk to restaurants.

The entrance from road is a bit difficult to find.

Location is close to the beach, nice view.

They forgot to confirm our transfer, almost missed our ferry. Thanks for the driver and there was not soo much traffic so we made it in last minute.

Quiet part of Alona beach. Close to the sea and night life. Great staff.

It was ok..not far from the beach but still not lile it is showing in the pictures..

- From the moment we arrive from the back road ,we had a shock!!! ( looks very unsafe ) but then u see the front of the building...and is not on the beach like in photos, is near by... - Poor communication with the stuff when asking about the tours, noisy area ,there is working in progress by the beach, constructions are taking place. - We booked a room with balcony and there was no balcony , just a n outside corridor at the back. - There is no area to serve food and to be honest I saw the area at the back,doesn t look very clean. AC unit was not working well, towels & linen not very clean .. too expensive for what they offer , the whole island is too expensive. - They will ask you a deposit and to pay only cash the whole payment and at the end the deposit was not given back , only when I asked for it. But it was an experience.
