Bardzo podobał nam się pobyt w hotelu – piękny wystrój i liczne udogodnienia sprawiły, że czuliśmy się wyjątkowo komfortowo. Obsługa była niezwykle miła i pomocna, dzięki czemu atmosfera była naprawdę przyjemna. Największym atutem jest jednak doskonała lokalizacja tuż przy stoku, idealna dla miłośników narciarstwa. ⛷️😊

Jedynym drobnym minusem był niewielki niedosyt związany z małą liczbą haczyków w przestrnnej łazience do rozwieszenia mokrych rzeczy. Druga rzecz to uszkodzone przez gości kije do bilarda, co utrudniało grę. Są to jednak drobne szczegóły, które nie zmieniają bardzo pozytywnego wrażenia z całego pobytu. 😊

"A very distressing incident during a spa treatment ruined what should have been a relaxing stay."

A member of our family experienced highly inappropriate behaviour from a spa therapist during a massage. The matter was reported immediately to hotel management and referred to the Polish police.
