Disappointed to be told the kitchen shut at 7.30 (it was 7.45 and they were still serving dinner) after arriving late . Was pretty hungry so was then even more annoyed to see the staff bring trays of food out for what must have been a private function . Surely it wouldn’t have hurt to offer to make 2 tired travellers a sandwich . Breakfast was quite poor as well

The entertainment options are amazing: bowling, pool, billiards, bar, air hockey, children’s zones (both indoor and outdoor), and some activities provided by the hotel, e.g. evening sausage on fire. They changed our room to one with a better view without any hesitation. The staff was always kind, helpful, and friendly, which made our stay much more comfortable. The biggest plus for us was that most of the staff speak English, while neighboring hotels do not have English-speaking staff at all, which makes communication here much easier.

The only thing we did not like is that I could hear everyone walking near our room or entering the room zone. They do have a few rooms without this issue, but those are upstairs with small windows and no balcony. So you have to choose either a noisy corridor with a good view and bright room, or a quiet room with a poor view. But the good news is that you do not hear noise from the bar zone, so it should not be an issue for most people.

Pokój niezgodny ze zdjęciami przy rezerwacji na Booking.com. Przy reklamacji recepcja powiedziała, że zdjęcia na Booking sa tylko poglądowe... i nie oddają wyglądu pokoju domyślam się, że dają zdjęcia najlepszych pokojow a przydzielony pokój na poddaszu miał gorszy standard niż prezentowany na zdjęciach,. Przydzielony pokój byl z małym okienkiem bez widoku, bez balkonu itp. brak możliwości zmiany bo podobno wszystko bylo już zarezerwowane.. Za taką cenę uważam, że to nie fair bo nie wiesz co docelowo kupujesz. Dodatkowo pokój prosił się już o odnowienie bo czuć, że od lat nie byl odnawiany co powodowało pewien dyskomfort bo część elementów wyposażenia pokoju nosiła już ewidentne ślady zużycia. Był także np. problem z działaniem/jakością sygnału na tv co uniemożliwiało w praktyce komfortowe korzystanie z tego udogodnienia...
