Personalul foarte amabil! Mancarea exelenta si gazdele primitoare. Papanasii au fost suùper! Curatenie atat in camere cat si la Spa. Va multumim pt ospitaliere.

I have been a regular visitor on an almost annual basis and stayed at Complex Turistic Bucovina / Popas since the early 1990's. I have seen the hotel develop into the beautiful complex it is today. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, relaxing with very good food and service. I cannot fault this. I am saddened to hear the previous proprietor has more recently passed away as under her directions she helped develop the hotel into what it is today. Over the years I have regularly recommended my friends and family from the UK and other countries stay at Popas. They have always come away very happy with the service, accommodation and beautiful setting.

Only one issue with my stay this time. On the booking information it stated we would have a balcony, however, our rooms did not have one. We did however, have access to a communal terrace / socialising area which was lovely.
