Terrible wifi to tell the truth it doesn’t work. The staff couldn’t restart it or it was far from the router. The restaurant was disappointing, because we had to wait a lot. When I say a lot it means that we got our drinks only after 25 mins we ordered. The dish was cold and we had to wait another 45 mins to our dessert which we finaly didn’t get because they run out of it but the waitress didn’t know it and forgot to inform us in good time. 😠 Beds were relly uncomfortable. This place is rather a hostel not a pension.

We rode our motorcycles there and were late due to bad weather. We needed to be checked-in by 20:00 so we kept trying to call but no one answered the phone. We were very worried we'd be stuck in the mountains without a room for the night. We arrived at 20:50 and luckily they were still in the restaurant. They were very friendly. I restaurant was closing in minutes but they allowed us to still order food. We unpacked our luggae and went back to the restaurant expecting to grab our take-out meals, but instead the ladies sat us at a table and let us enjoy our meal- even though they were closed. We were blown away with their suburb customer service and care for their guests. Everything was great. I would surely visit again. Restaurant food was fantastic. Safe parking for motorcycles.

Everything was great, but the staff could speak a bit better english if I need to be picky. We found that in most of Slovakia that enlgish knowledge was quite basic or non existant. But this is not a complaint for this lodging, the staff was super friendly.

The overall quality of the whole place is excellent, one gets what they expect. The rooms are not fancy but not overused either. For me who spent one night there, it was perfect. Sadly I couldn't walk in the neighborhood much, but everyone can travel a little bit closer to the mountains and there are beautiful places one can find. The staff was nice and kind.

Finding the room was an adventure because being a foreigner the communication wasn't perfect between the innkeeper and me, it would have been easier to just show me the room and go, but I can relate: there were other customers in the restaurant part of the place. The beds sometimes can squeak, but nothing terrible.

we told to the manager, that on the Next we would like to leave early I. the morning. but they didn’t help us to make a quick check out, it took one hour for us to figure out how to check out. I expected a little more help
