The room was not that clean. The floor was sticky, the toilet was dirty. The first breakfast was poor, the second day it was alright. For this price I would expect more! WiFi password was not available.

The quality of food was very good.

First of all, the staff was rude. We arrived and wanted to check in and they told us to wait. We waited for half an hour for the manager cause she was the only one who could check us in. While taking dinner in their restaurant, they brought the deserts together with the soups and the main course 15 minutes later. No one managed to utter a 'sorry' at any point either... Our rooms were very tiny, nothing like on the pictures advertised on Booking.com or or their website. The back of our wardrobe was moved and there was another room behind it! Basically anyone could go into our room at any point. There was a small door leading into the neighbouring room too. It was closed but absolutely everything was hearable. During our second day the manager contacted us that we need to urgently vacate our rooms cause the room below us is flooded whenever we use the shower. We were on the slopes at this point... We got moved into different accommodation in the afternoon, but again we had to wait for the manager cause no one else knew what we wanted... Again, no one ever apologized for any inconvenience. In the new accommodation we couldn't raise the heat without being charged extra. It was -18 degrees outside at this point.
