Spacious, comfortable, well furnished. Close to the restaurant and Chopok south ski slope.

It was quite cold in the apartment upon our arrival, especially with small kids. But the electric heating worked well and within an hour we had nice cosy temperature.

Everything was nice and tidy except the heating.

I implied on the booking form that we arrive at 16.00 and that there are 4 babies under age 1 year with us. When we arrived on agreed time it was 17 celsius degrees in the apartment. The heating was turned on but the apartment warmed up very slowly, the bathrooms haven't warmed up properly during the evening to use them. There are breaks in heating, they informed us about this, but they sayed it's 1-1 hour break during day and night. The first night the apartment was still quite cold when the heating stopped for 1 hr. Then the 2nd night the heating stopped for 6 hrs. The staff was nice to give us free use of wood and fireplace, but still this doesn't compensate for the problems with the heating. The apartment wasn't warm enough especially for the children. If this problem is fixed we recommend the place, it's nice and well equipped.

Very good location if travelling with car. Restaurant is good too. Would stay there again. Room was spacious and comfortable especially the beds.
