Beaches! Quite place. New air conditioning. New houses.

Stay 5 nights at this beautiful houses by the sea. Everything was good but details… The bed and pillows are terrible! My back feels like we sleep on the concrete. First time in my life the matras is so hard. Pillows is so high so we slept without it one night and after I asked to change it from another room No beach towels. No refill water. Only buying in restaurant. No close supermarket. Need to drive tbt scooter 5 min. Cheap plastic kettle makes the taste water plastic. No water tap to wash out the sand, the floor inside and bed going sandy immediately and no broom to clean it, need to ask about cleaning the stuff manually. Wi-Fi works sometimes bad and not stable, some day didn’t work at evening and no one can fix it. The regular bad smell from the toilet after using shower. Don’t know why, the houses is new, but canalisation problem like everywhere. The food is the second big problem. There is only one restaurant, and food and breakfast not worth it. No help from stuff when you arrived. Be ready to go through the sand with your luggage. So don’t expect any service. You just come and life your life in their beauty houses and loneliness beach. Recommend to come for 2-3 night maximum

Idyllic location of my cottage, steps to the sea with a view from my window. The cottage and bathroom were small, but the AC worked well as did the instantaneous hot water heater. The site has beautiful wooden walkways with blooming lotus flowers. The restaurant was busy but always had room and nice futons to lay out and listen to the waves. Easy walking on the beach in both directions.

Internet was weak in the cottage and there were no options for food nearby. No refrigerator also required all meals to be taken on site or rent a scooter.

The huts are built right on the beach. Rural location, perfect for disconnecting from everything. The bar and restaurant area are beautiful. Very clean and natural. Photos don't do it justice!

Good vibes and friendly helpful staff! Just the "beach-shack paradise" to unwind for a few days after a long flight. More practically, this is the "cheap restaurant at the end of the beach" to the handful of more exclusive resorts to the south. The chatlets work well in this context. Calm waters as i believe this is the sheltered side of the island from the prevailing winds.

You are a bit of a captive audience here, unless you have transport, but that's a fair price for the peace and quiet. The longtail boats going out to fish early in the morning makes you realize you are in fact in Thailand, but might be an issue if you are a light sleeper. Its incredible how far the sound carries across the water, and that not all Thai fishermen are.completely deaf!

This place is just gorgeous! Staff were amazing, always helpful and cheerful. The location is truly beautiful with the simple cottages right on the beach. We don't like crowds of tourists so this isolated spot was perfect. We hired a reasonably priced motorbike which the staff found for us. However we ended up eating most of the meals at the restaurant which served a delicious and varied selection. The best place to watch the sunsets too!
