Great place for snorkeling. Very clean room and friendly service.

I read reviews saying this place is great for kids. Absolutely not! The beach has very coarse sand that's painful to walk on, and the water is very deep. The volleyball court is just for show—the ground is so bad you can't even run, let alone dive for the ball.

The familyroom was spacious, clean and had a huge balcony. The beds were super comfy. Location is the best you can find in Koh Tao if you’re in to snorkeling and chilled out beach life. No smell of weed and party noises, absolutely stunning beach, corals and sea life. Food in Lub d restaurant is good; both thai and western food was amazing. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in - I mean, how often can you order perfect eggs benedict or avocado toast in Thailand? But the best of all was the staff. 10/10 points of all help we received. Especially Kiat is a treasure they should never let go and need to reward him of excellent customer service. I had an accident when we arrived; my leg fell through the terrace and got a bit hurt. They helped me right away, but also gave us a voucher and began renovating the terrace the next day. A great example of how you can turn unfortunate situations for guest satisfaction. Thank you Lub d staff! We had a great time and will always remember this experience 🩷

Tanote Bay ist ein schöner Strand, unser Bungalow hatte eine tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht und war schön ruhig. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit dem Nötigsten.

Wir haben das Hotel explizit für ruhige Strandferien und entspannte Tage auf dem Liegestuhl gebucht. Jedoch waren für sämtliche Hotelgäste nur 8 Liegen vorhanden. Als wir dies angesprochen haben war die Rückmeldung, dass sie dies leider nicht ändern können und das Management schon länger Bescheid weiss, aber bisher nichts gemacht hat. Wir sollen morgens früh kommen und eine liege reservieren. So sind wir meistens leider zum Sairee Beach gependelt, wo es mehr Platz im Schatten gibt. Daher für uns leider enttäuschend.

Le petit déjeuner l’emplacement la plonger sous-marine en permanence dans la piscine et un bruit alarme toute la nuit un dédommagement ridicule

Wir haben 5 Nächte hier verbracht und sind sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft direkt am Meer. Das Zimmer ist sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Der Transfer vom und an den Pier ist zwar mit zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden, aber klar geregelt und unkompliziert.

The snorkeling was incredible and right from the beach, really was worth the trip for that, 5 nights we found abit too long as so far from anywhere to walk to and taxis expensive, but the beds were super comfy,staff super friendly and happy and a beautiful clean place and worth a visit

Just lack of places to walk to, however it's in a beautiful place but expensive up to others we've been staying in
