Nota positiva para o Housekeeping. Quarto sempre limpo e sem nenhuma nota negativa. Vista do quarto também correspondeu às expectativas do que reservamos.

F&B : pequeno almoço com buffet muito fraco (apenas fruta e torradas) pratos quentes podiam compensar mas serviço sempre muito desorganizado. Máquina do café extremamente lenta, criando filas desnecessárias; O serviço de restaurante tem oferta muito fraca também e.o serviço totalmente desleixado - preços desajustados perante a realidade dos outros restaurantes de hotel na ilha. Manutenção: espaço exterior totalmente desleixado, com lixo em todos os acessos às zonas comuns e quartos, bem como mobiliário em mau estado. Nota: à entrada do hotel, sendo a cara da propriedade, existe um monte de lixo e sacos de cimento. Receção: simpáticos porém desorganizados e falta de acompanhamento ao cliente durante a estadia; Quarto: sempre limpo porém falta de amenities gritante em comparação com hoteis bem mais baratos no mesmo país: sem chinelos, robe, shampoo e gel de duche de fraquissima qualidade, sem loção de corpo ou outros. Resumindo, seria um excelente hostel, tem um longo caminho a fazer para ser um bom hotel. O valor eleva a expectativa e respetiva frustração - preço muito alto para o serviço e condições do espaço que oferecem.

Il faudrait peut-être rénover le contour de la piscine et les coussins extérieurs. L'endroit est idéal pour le snorkelling mais la mer véhicule des déchets ( mais cela n’est pas la faute de l'hôtel)

The only thing positive is the pillows .

We chose this hotel for its isolation, but the bay was extremely dirty, full of trash, and completely unsuitable for swimming. The bungalow was ridiculously small, with barely enough space to open luggage, and had a shared bathroom (not clearly highlighted when booking). We paid €60 extra to upgrade to a room in the main building—bigger, yes, but with paper-thin walls. The noise was unbearable; we had to call reception twice at 3 a.m. As if that wasn’t enough, construction work started at 8 a.m. in the main area near the pool. On top of everything, the hotel is so isolated that you’re forced to book taxis through them, costing 500 baht each time just to move around. It honestly felt like if we had stayed longer, they would have charged us for the air. Breakfast is limited to a preset menu and the quality is very poor. Overall, overpriced and misleading. It left a very bad taste in our mouths, and we would not stay here again.

Loved everything here, the vibe is very relaxed and staff always so happy and helpful Variety in menu while all dishes sampled were great and Especially Nim and Dear were so considerate when I made a mistake with dates, and cancelled my booking with no fee incurred. Wait staff Olivia was efficient and full of entertaining information .Would gladly come back one day.

Lovely hotel by the beach, and very clean.

It was quite far away from the main city so it was a bit difficult to go to any restaurants or bar unless you have a motorcycle. We hired a motorbike from a contact the hotel provided but won’t recommend staying here if you plan to visit the island and you don’t drive as the hotel provides transfers but they are very limited.
