The place is great.

I had problem with the reservation. I tried to make it on site but they said that I can’t pay there. I made the reservation through booking but I couldn’t pay it again. When I called them they said that I can pay when I’m there. They tried to make the payment but it didn’t work. The stuff didn’t know what to do….

El hotel ademas de ser muy bonito, es muy cómodo, la habitación amplia, camas cómodas y muy limpio el baño. El personal muy agradable. Buen desayuno y aparcamiento para el coche. No está muy alejado del centro . Cenamos estupendamente en el restaurante

They spoke English! Very helpful man on reception got me a massage the evening I arrived, badly needed as I have been walking the Kom-Emine trail and my back and shoulders ached from the weight of my rucksack. Varied menu for dinner and nice location beside a park in better part of town. Did not take long to walk into town centre with its museums etc..

Machine delivered coffee at breakfast was not up to Bulgarian standards, it's better from the vending machine down the road. Despite the fly netting a few insects managed to get into my room.
