It was nice stay in this serene place in the middle of the forest.all the staffs were so polite and nice. Especially the food was fabulous.

Location is very good but bit far from town centre

Beds are not very good and cracking sounds. Wi-Fi connections are not good in the room.

Entrance of the property, reception and ,private water falls and location of the property . Food is super and had so many variety with nice taste. Swimming pool also good . Service and staff also very kind.

This place is an absolute sham !! I have no idea how they are listed as 5 star property when they are nowhere close to it… any sane person who has stayed in a five star will never ever stay here after seeing the reality. They have created a facade at the entrance to trick people and visually showcase the hotel as nice and fancy however the minute one enters the myth is broken and everything post that becomes an utter disappointment and horrible experience. This place is nothing better than 2-3 star category. So if you are good with that - go ahead and rest beware Unfortunately there are no pros and only cons if you get fooled into booking this hotel 1. First of all this hotel is located 11kms away from the main road and in hilly terrain it’s a 30-40mns drive just to reach the place. 2. This place is just apartment buildings not a hotel setup. We booked the highest category presidential suite and I had to ask the person who accompanied during check-in it he got us into wrong rooms. 3. It’s just a huge room as mentioned on the booking, set up of a one bedroom studio apartment - maintained very shabbily, paint chipping off from places with patches of dirt everywhere on the wall. The door mat to sofa and tiny cupboard and towels - everything dirty. Linens curtains look 100 years old We had to clean the so called jacuzzi in the room ourselves with soap before using in fear of getting some sort of allergy or infection. 4. The food is disgusting and awful whether it’s buffet or any ala carte meal ordered later 5. Service is pathetic - I asked for iron board and iron and after waiting for 40mns when it was not sent was told they don’t keep iron boards. The reception doesn’t answer even after calling ten times, we had to go down from second floor to enquire about the same. 6. The rooms next day was superficially cleaned. Everything in bathroom was as it is including pots, to jacuzzi and towels. 7.

The location is a little remote but you will like it if you want to stay in a jungle, not tea plantations. There is a private waterfall (a small one) on the property. Food options are okay but quality and taste can be improved.

First of all, the property is not maintained properly. The jacuzzi was not working even after their technician checked it and confirmed it was working, so wasted money on that option. Housekeeping always had to be called twice as they don't either clean the room properly or miss brining some items. As their is no network we had to rely on landline but it never worked.
