Service staff, Zipporah, Justin , Collins and Julian. Just a few I can remember. Also we look forward to coming back. The activities staff. The restaurant. Top Notch

The activities guy can communicate better but he is a good guy.

Delicious buffet breakfast and dinner. Restaurant staff excellent. Spa was wonderful. Great massages from Saada and Marion who were both fabulous. Peaceful and relaxing.

Staff spoke rudely to kids who were unaware they were swimming in a "quiet pool". Housekeeping was hit and miss. Our rooms were not sprayed for mosquitoes or turned down during our whole stay.

Room service disaster, took 1.5 hours and three attempts to deliver. Requested to cancel at 10pm as too late having booked it at 8:15
