The restaurant staff is wonderful and attentive. The view from the restaurant is delightful as well.

We stayed in the supposed 'luxury tent' where the shower was broken, but never mind, they unapologetically pointed to a steel bucket. Also, the reception staff is discourteous and outrightly unhelpful. When we requested, if an advance payment that was made for a particular activity, (but which we could not avail of on account of certain inconvenience) be adjusted against the rest of outstanding dues - I was told to write an email to some gentleman, named 'Aneesh' who was not at the property and who we had never met. Of course, they were very happy to bill, invoice and recover for everything else. The basic idea being to send me on a wild goose chase, so that I would give up on the request.

There's nothing to like in the property apart from the location.

The staff is pathetic, their duty manager Rajan has no work ethics and treats guests as they shouldn't have come to the property

Serene and relaxing.

No room service, and no cupboards.

A place to remember that life is meant to be enjoyed. Don't miss the birdwatching experience, the safaris and the star gazing.
