Lovely location. Near the train station and also the sea front, and shops nearby. Nice and quiet. Bus stop just around the corner. The apartment is lovely, clean, and spacious. The facilities in the apartment were very good.

Privacy and accessibility to public transport, The accommodation was excellent.

The furnishings need upgrading the mattress is too soft for a comfortable sleep, the couches need replacing and the TV sound is rubbish you can't hear it clearly.

Very clean and well equipped. Good location close to facilities and beach.

Communication from Booking.com very poor on the check in process. Had to phone the owner, who explained straight away.

"Dawlish Warren delight!"

Lovely ground floor apartment with terrace. Clean, bright, cosy. Funfair, beach and amusements on doorstep. Great transport links.

Very uncomfortable beds!
