Ningaloo Caravan and Holiday Resort

We didn’t Eat as we didn’t stay at the resort this year but have been charged There is no way to cancel

Would have preferred a room we stayed in a Tent with toilet 100 metres away

Clean room

We stayed for one night and slept in and receptionist called me about 5 times at 10 am asking if we ready to check out. We slept in accidentally and We knew check out is 10 am but after I asked if it’s okay if we checked out 20-30 mins later and apologised they said all good but kept calling me and asking when we can check out. We felt that we were rushed out extremely as the cleaners were outside our room 10 am waiting. We never experienced it in other places ever. Otherwise everything was else was amazing!

Great location

Rooms need sound proofing BADLY!! our access cards stop working a least half an hour before check out meant that we had to follow people in to use which thenead to us checking out late and my wife having to use the mens block, ablution blocks were out of action on arrival and about 5pm right when we needed to shower for our event so it delayed us, meaning we were late for the gala ball

Location good facilities

We had a maintenance issue which was addressed straight away. The maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful

The front desk staff could have been more welcoming

Just enjoyed the ambience of the place, meeting and talking to people from all over.

That I had to come home and go back to work
