Such a lovely stay, it’s a perfect location only 2 mins walk from the beach. The room was very big, comfortable bed, good mosquito net and great aircon. It was very clean and breakfast was great. But best of all, such wonderful hosts! So friendly and welcoming, really made our stay thank you!

Nice big room with AC and a terrace in front of the room. 5 minutes walk from the beach. Quiet area and very friendly host.

The breakfast was cold (pancakes and eggs).

conditions are bad - super old and uncomfortable furniture, dirty and broken toilet, no a/c and weak fan the same lankian room costs 1500-2000 rp on the market, i checked a lot of rooms and move quickly from this place

Very nice and hospitable family who runs the place. They made sure we had a pleasant stay. We loved the beautiful garden and patio to relax. The room was basic and clean but a bit small. The breakfast was delicious. Very centrally located. It's about a 7 min of walk from the mainroad (with the busstop is) and a 5 min of walk from Mirissa beach.

We had a room without AC, it can get a bit hot with only the fan. Many (big) mosquitos inside and outside of the room. They even end up inside of the mosquitonet. Bring insect repellent. The upper part of the mosquitonet could be cleaned more often.

Amazing place with super nice staff and beautiful garden!!!! Great location as well, no loud noises during the night but still close to mirissa beach.

There were quite a few power cuts, the power outlets were not very practically placed, and now and then there was no water. These things were no long lasting problems, though.
