breakfast was good and service at breakfast and by management was very friendly.

the 2 separate beds were (probably) old and of bad quality. The cushion was too soft. Therefore slept quite bad.

Everything was good quality standards. I think if the hotel would add tea or coffee facilities either in each room or common area where guests could enjoy a cuppa during the day it would make this hotel an even more perfect place to stay. Lovely staff, spotless clean and great breakfast.

The hotel is not the newest but the location is great. The staff takes personal care of its guests, rooms are clean, breakfast is simple but very good. They call to find out when we were coming, arranged the arrival perfectly so that you can get to room without having to go through check in. Perfect service!

Hotel was fine, stayed one night, only opens as a hotel at weekends. Room small but comfy and spotlessly clean. Breakfast excellent grounds beautiful. Only draw back which I've not seen mentioned is that the rooms are all on the second floor, no lift, four flights of stairs. As someone with a heart condition this was not good.

I stayed at this place for a night. I wish I could stay longer, because the place is really very charming. It is basically a hi-end villa with a nice garden in a very quiet place. The owner is a very nice man. Not far from the hotel there is a nice and affordable Italian restaurant (Da Alessandro). You can ask for directions at the hotel.

Our company had a conference here couple of years back and the staff handled it beautifully. The food was great (was a little salty but that's personal taste) and some of the rooms were really small, but overall, this place is really worth recommending. Hard to imagine that it once was a private residence for a local mogul.

Its a nice hotel nearby to the industrial area of neuweid, its also close to various restaurants and rewe supermarket. The hotel is well maintained and quite peaceful. The owner can speak good english and is also very helpful to the guests, be it your food requirements or any other local assistance.

Stayed there on business trip very friendly athmosphere staff and owner very flexible. Excellent two course dinner served according to my groups time plan. I give the place my warmest recommendations. The building itself has a certain amount of schwung.

About the beautiful sourrunding from other Posts - all true! Very accommodating staff - I arrived at 0:30 and they managed key rather creative - opened window in advance so room temperature was in good condition during a rather hot season - breakfast was reasonalbe - not tons of everything from all over the world but some local Ham / cheese sausage / fruit salad and freshly prepared eggs:))) Room was ok - rather thin walls, carpeted floor rahter weak mattress and during shower no 100% stable water temperature (not Lasting in high jumps but a Little annoying for me - especially before coffee) If I go again I would stay longer and ask staff for nice trips in the area - they seem willing to share their local experience!

What a great place! Can't find any fault except walking upstairs with a heavy suitcase. Beer was cold, food was first class. Rooms were spotless and each with a theme. Large informal communal area overlooking lovely Villa type Garden. Staff very eager to please although not very busy when i was there.
