Property owner the Arab old man was rude. I told him about my concerns and complain about his property and he told me he don't care. I asked if we could refund the remaining night bcoz we are not happy staying in his resort. The owner said he don't care and we can leave if we want but he will not give any refund. He was cursing me and my brother and he even threatened us that he has a gun. Police and baranggay officials came. The owner said he will refund 100% of my payment but it ended up giving us 10,000 peaos only. I sent a report to booking.com CS. Please see the other details. Thank you

The vibe of the place, slow paced, relaxed. The staff & owner were so accommodating. Food was great in both quality & quantity. (Except the baconsilog).

Die Anlage braucht dringend eine Renovierung. Schimmel in den Zimmerecken, abgeplatzte Fliesen im Bad, die Bank auf dem Balkon sehr unbequem, keine Polster und vieles mehr..

Good food, great staff. Location right on the beach.Bed was comfortable.

The accommodation very basic but they are not back packer prices. No we're to put clothes wet or dry. You can buy bottled water but no cup or glass in the room. A lot of basic amenities missing. People smoking.

Beautiful, clean beach and sea.

Der Bungalow war sehr bescheiden

This has been my go-to resort whenever I visit Sipalay. We received a warm welcome from the staff—they were great and made sure all our needs were taken care of. The food was excellent, and both the restaurant and the beachfront were beautiful. There were also fun activities like beach volleyball and kayaking. Our room was satisfactory for the price, and the parking space was very convenient.

not sure if there was a power generator available but none of the fans/aircon were working during the early morning power outage
