LEISURE VALLEY BEACH RESORT

I stayed here with my kids for 4 weeks and had an amazing time. The cottages are lovely and worked perfectly for the kids. The Pool was great for the kids as well. The family that is running the place is super warm and very helpful and really made us feel at home. The breakfast is extensive and very nice with loads of south indian options. Would definitely come back when near Varkala.

The room was well appointed and the bed and pillows exceptionally comfortable and high quality. The pool was big and clean. Short walk to the coast. The manager was very friendly and helpful and was very eager to make our stay excellent. He has a fatherly quality (in a good way!) and we felt very looked after by his care and attention

The plastic pollution on the roadside cliffsides is saddening (obviously nothing to do with the property) but we often found depressing levels of rubbish dumping in beauty spots and in water ways around Kerala, which would otherwise be a paradise.

The family that owns the resort is incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even allowing us to check in at 5 a.m. after our late-night flight. They helped us with everything we needed and even gave me a ride on a motorcycle to purchase a SIM card for my phone. The room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with all the accessories we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful place for our family to relax, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

It is a bit far from Varkala main cliffand we needed a tok tok oftenly

The most wonderful, good hearted family own and run this hotel. The real food was amazing - better than the tourist restaurants. The beautiful beach was a short pleasant walk away. Rooms were spotless. We were the only westerners there at the time, if you are looking for real genuine Keralan food and hospitality then don’t hesitate to book. Auto rickshaw to Varkala Cliffs is 200rs, and to the beach 50rs.
