"Could be okay if you want to be away from everything, but far too expensive for what it offers."

+ Quiet area (apart from dogs) + Palm trees and garden + Saji is a nice man (Gave us an upright fan when we mentioned the weak ceiling fan) + You can hear the waves.

- Hard bed - Nothing to do in the area. Far from everything. - Expensive for what you get - Ceiling fan weak - No toiletries, just a bar of soap - Owners 8 dogs. Woken up on 3 separate nights by dogs barking (even when using earplugs) - Food basic. Nothing to get excited about. - Weak/intermittent internet

Rooms are not at the par as per the price. You will regret. Resort doesn't have a very aesthetic beach look arrangement.

"Excellent 360°"

What not to like about this resort? The accommodation is simple, clean, comfortable and spacious. I stayed in two different rooms as originally i booked for 5 days but then fell in love with the place and decided to stay 10 more days. One bedroom with a French bed (ideal for one person), then in a double room. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The location is perfect as just at perfect walking distance from the busy North Cliff/Varkala beach on one side and 20 mins walk from Kapil beach for long relaxing walks. Excellent value for money. Excellent food offer too for bfast, lunch and dinner.

It is placed in a very beautiful place and it has a nice garden. Even if very simple it was a nice place.

The lights around the house were turned on all night and the curtains were not really doing the job.

The location is incredibly cool

A huge number of ants in the bed. Wi-Fi did not work, there was no hot water.
