Palm Grove Cottages - Leisure Resort

From the moment Antonio DaCosta (owner and manager) greeted me on arrival to my day of departure seven days later, I felt welcomed, hosted and treated as a family member by the DaCostas and their staff. The natural setting around the whole place exudes Goan tropical beauty and is beautifully looked after, curated, and maintained. Sitting on the balcony one can enjoy the peace, tranquility, and garden feel. Meals in the dining area were excellent and home-cooked with complete flexibility in how I wanted them prepared. I can't remember how many times Antonio and staff asked me if there was anything I needed ... and when I did ask, they were immediately responsive. The location allowed me the choice of walking to either Benaulim or Trinity beach or driving easily to any of the other nearby beaches and restaurants. Antonio's suggestions on what to sightsee and places/beaches to visit were wonderful - and I did take up on almost all of his suggestions which helped enrich my stay there. The ambience of Palm Grove Cottages is designed for tranquility and nature lovers, but less so if you want a charged energetic party-like environment (might be too quiet in that case).

I really didn't expect or experience anything that I didn't like.

The gardens are beautiful. A lot of work goes into maintaining the plant and water features. My room couldn't have been cleaner or more comfortable. Breakfast was superb. Everyone here cares for you in a calm and inobstusive way. I was their only guest so I had endless care and attention. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

The room, the beautiful garden, the decor. The garden and restaurant were amazing. The room was very comfortable. Dinner menu was great and affordable. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptionally friendly staff, we enjoyed 2 freshly prepared excellent meals and breakfast every morning. The gardens and grounds were amazing.

The gardens are exceptional- full of vibrant plants, more varieties that you could imagine. The room was very comfortable and felt luxurious. The breakfast was delicious and the evening menu was also great and affordable. The staff were so friendly. We had an excellent time.

For us, the best accommodation in India. Everything was spotlessly clean, with a perfect breakfast. And the staff will do anything for you before you even ask. A beautiful garden.

Antonio and his colleagues were very accommodating, always unfailingly friendly, and very welcoming. The place is a tranquil little oasis just on the edge of Benaulim village, and a charming place to unwind in a wonderfully-tended garden.

The wifi was occasionally patchy, but that's what hotspots are for I suppose!
