Parents will be held liable for any damages caused by their children at the property. Children should be under the supervision of their parents at all times. Please note that all young local couples may be asked to present a marriage certificate upon check-in. Strictly no Smoking in the room. All rooms have balconies that can be used to smoke. Preparation or heating up of food by any type of cooking appliances is strictly prohibited. We ask that guests refrain from use of strong-smelling items or products that cause the room to be taken out of service due to objectionable odor. The water kettle provided in the guest room is strictly for heating up of water only. Checkout is at 11:00 a.m. Additional charges, plus tax will apply for late checkout. Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). Guests of legal age who choose to bring their own alcoholic beverages must consume those in their room. Outside alcohol is not allowed in public areas or the restaurant. Visitors must notify Front Desk upon their arrival. No visitors are allowed in the guest room. If you wish to take Photographs and Videos in the hotel for Commercial purposes, written permission will have to be obtained from the management. No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. Guests are responsible for behaving in a decent and responsible manner wherein you do not disturb the peace of other guests. Talking loudly, making noise, talking from one room to another, closing door loudly, is unable to properly supervise their children at all times, exceed the maximum allowable occupancy of the room, fails to abide by the reasonable standards or policies established by Palm Grove Cottages – Leisure Resort for the operation and management of our hotel, we reserve the right to admission.
