LEGOLAND California Hotel and Castle Hotel

They have Legos that the kids can play while you wait to check into the hotel .

Staff members seem not to communicate properly . during my check-in My family and I arrived on time for check-in. Our room was delayed for an hour and 15 minutes. After receiving our room an hour and 15 minutes later, I was offered a $50 credit towards our room and the very next morning I received a text message who seemed to be the manager informing me that they removed $40 off of the credit to cover parking, even though I was a season pass holder which we receive overnight parking for free . the whole check-in experience was nothing but a nightmare and honestly not really worth $600 a night !

Loved the free breakfast.....hotel staff were wonderful. The park was amazing!!!! Our grandkids are 9,6 and 2. So fun.

Room wasn’t clean well, staff wasn’t helpful or available in lobby, amenities were all at the castle hotel, breakfast buffet had raw pink turkey sausage. Wish I could get partial refund, worst time and stay I’ve had. Will not be going back EVER!
