The location was great stuff were really friendly. Breakfast was good.

This my second time in this hotel I accept every thing. I felt like staying with my brother house

The Hamsikoy Hotel is pretty close to the Sumela Monastery which was my destination and why I stayed here. The area is beautiful (once it stopped raining and I could see out my window). A nice staff member greeted me. I appeared to be the only guest, oddly, since the hotel isn't exactly small.

My room wasn't very clean. The carpet is visibly dirty in spots, and there were two used towels on an upper shelf of the closet. The design is also strange, with garbage behind the bathroom door and a vanity that covers half of the sink. The location I had so prized was also unfortunate since the hamlet of Hamsikoy is near the freeway but it takes 20 minutes to reach the on/off ramp for it, so it wasn't really a time saver. In short, this would be a nice place to stay if you wanted to stay in this cute area rather than make it a stop on the way to something else.
