Réservation sur booking.com: on nous impose de payer en monnaie locale sur place , ce n'est pas commode pour nous, ils grattent quelques dollars avec la conversion??? J'ai pris 3 autres hôtels en Égypte, j'ai payé avec ma carte visa en dollars....comme affiché sur booking.com. Le confort et l'équipement ancien n'est pas moderne, les années 80; les photos booking ne correspond pas à la réalité....voir salle de bain sur booking qui ne correspond pas par exemple à la chambre que nous avons réservé. Certains personnels du réfectoire ne sont pas agréable ! Voir ma photo salle de bain....ci joint... Avant de confirmer votre réservation, envoyez un message pour confirmer le paiement en dollars une fois sur place.... Avec la carte visa premier avec l'option voyage aucune surprise des frais de paiement à l'étranger.

Lovely place very freindly staff especially miss Laila from reception and very good food. . Really good stay and unforgettable

عند الدخول للفندق الريسيبشن يحبط بمعنى الكلمه واثاث الغرفه قديمه جدا والثلاجه بايظه والماء من الصنبور ريحته سيئه جدا الفوط والبشاكير قديمه ومتهالكه تماما والطعام سئ ولا يوجد اى تنويع والشاطئ غير نظيف ووجود المارينا تجعل المنظر بشع

Відпочинок у New Eagles Aqua Park Resort залишив лише приємні враження! Територія готелю доглянута, чиста та дуже красива. Номери просторі, комфортні та регулярно прибираються. Особливо сподобався аквапарк — багато гірок як для дітей, так і для дорослих, тому нудьгувати не доведеться. Персонал привітний і завжди готовий допомогти. Харчування різноманітне, страви смачні та свіжі, кожен знайде щось на свій смак. Басейни чисті, пляж поруч, море тепле та чудове для відпочинку. Готель ідеально підходить як для сімейного відпочинку, так і для подорожі з друзями. Із задоволенням повернулися б сюди ще раз і рекомендуємо цей курорт усім, хто планує відпочинок у Хургаді!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well organized, with a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The rooms were excellent, and all the facilities were maintained to a high standard. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality and attention to detail made me feel very welcome from check-in until departure. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

The hotel was clean and has a good location. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and polite throughout our stay. The entertainment was enjoyable, including performances such as a belly dancer and a tanoura show, although these were offered once during our 4-night stay.

Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I appreciate the efforts of the staff. However, there are a few points that could be improved to enhance the guest experience further. 1. Animation team / kids activities The animation team was generally active and engaging. However, I noticed that more attention seemed to be given to certain groups of guests. As an American family of Egyptian origin, we would have appreciated a more balanced level of inclusion for all children regardless of background. Ensuring equal attention to all guests would make the experience even better. 2. Food quality The food was tasty and enjoyable overall. Protein variety and portion sizes could be improved, as meat options were somewhat limited, mainly including minced beef and smaller portions of chicken. On a positive note, the grilled bouri fish was served in a good size and was the most delicious and enjoyable dish during my stay.
