A beautiful beach with an excellent location The staff is friendly and welcoming, but lacks professionalism.

The overall experience was disappointing. The staff is friendly but unprofessional and severely understaffed, leading to poor service. The food is low quality, unseasoned, and definitely menu is very limited (only 4 items for lunch), the food quality is subpar (frozen, tasteless meat), and some vegetables were not cleaned properly, not worth the hotel price, The pools have no heating,Additionally, the Aqua Park is poorly managed, with unreliable timing and uncooperative operators. I will not be coming back.

The stuff was extremely good and friendly. All management were flexible and cooperating.

Furniture is little old and little bit not comfortable

The aqua was good & the kids activity we liked it. The kitchen was international and includes all food types.

اللوكيشن كان حاو و تعامل الستاف حلو قوي. الاكوه حلوه و البحر حلو و نظيف.. الفيو حلو بمنظر المراكب.. الاكل متنوع و مستواه حلو و الاسعار حلوه و فيه عروض حلوه بتتعمل كل يوم و الرسبشن ساعدنا و جبلنا غرفه حلوه حسب احتياجنا. الاكل الحادق تحفه و متنوع.. مدير الغرف كان كل يوم يعدي يطمن بنفسه لو محتاجين حاجه

الحلويات في المطعم عايزه مستواها تتحسن دي اكتر حاجه كنا بنعلق عليها هي متنوعه بس الكواليتي محتاح يعلي.. التلفزيون كان عايز يبقي اكبر شويه و السرير ناشف شويه.. الرسبشن ساعات مش بيرد بسرعه.. بس بصراحه لما بيردوا بيساعدوا بسرعه

Everything was great and clean, friendly staff, clean rooms with lovely view, all facilities you can imagine, beach, swimming pools, aqua park, animation show, mini Zoo, snack bars everywhere, tasty food with many varieties, great value for money.

All was good, will definitely come again.
